Jay Solanki is a civil engineer by training and the third generation to lead what is today known as Landmark Creators. He grew up around the family business founded by his grandfather, Late Shri Prabhudas Solanki, in 1958 and carried forward by his father, Shri Narendrabhai Solanki, before stepping into leadership himself in 2010.

His approach is grounded in the belief that engineering is a discipline of responsibility, not just design. Every project, whether an industrial plant, a commercial building, or a family home, is treated as a commitment that has to hold up for decades, not just pass an inspection on handover day.

That philosophy is not abstract for him. When the Surendranagar hospital his father built by hand in 1999 was entrusted back to him twenty five years later for renovation, Jay took on the project personally, treating it as a promise kept across two generations rather than another contract won.

Under his leadership, Landmark Creators has expanded from civil construction into industrial, commercial, and residential turnkey projects, and into maintenance and building services, while holding onto the same quality-first, detail-driven standards the business was built on. He leads by staying close to the work: reviewing specifications, walking sites, and keeping quality control personal rather than delegated away.
